Esta encantadora casa de vacaciones está ubicada en un edificio completamente nuevo situado en el corazón del pintoresco barrio de pescadores de Pedregalejo
La propiedad está configurada como una vivienda de estilo dúplex, en dos plantas diferentes, ambas con terraza.
Al entrar en la planta principal, encontrará dos dormitorios dobles, con mucho espacio de armario, uno de ellos dando directamente a una gran terraza, así como un baño con ducha.
El apartamento cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y áreas de comedor y sala de estar cómodas. Está decorado con gusto con tonos mediterráneos claros que recuerdan al barrio en el que se encuentra.
Una escalera te lleva a la planta superior donde encontrarás una increíble terraza en la azotea con muebles de exterior y un área de barbacoa para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre.
Esta es la casa de vacaciones perfecta en Málaga para que puedas experimentar tanto la vida tradicional andaluza como la urbana, estando a pocos minutos de la playa.
La propiedad cuenta con internet de alta velocidad y aire acondicionado en todo el espacio. Un espacio de estacionamiento está disponible, sujeto a disponibilidad, por 15€ por día en un edificio cercano.
El paseo marítimo está actualmente en renovación, y puede haber algo de ruido y polvo durante un tiempo, aunque no sabemos cuánto durará.

This apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, near the beach and some nice restaurants round the corner. There was also a supermarket a few minutes walk away that had everything we needed. It was a lovely walk into Malaga and a bus nearby tover más

The property was spacious with two terraces. The roof terrace was amazing. The proximity to the beach was an advantage as well as to local bars and restaurants with excellent food. The local beaches were much better than those in central Malaga.

Luckily my exit coincided with the cleaner’s arrival & she rang your office. |

We stayed at this lovely apartment for the 2nd time in March. It is very conveniently located, close to bus stop, restaurants, beach and supermarket. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. We found it very quiet at night for sleeping. The Solaga staff are amazing. They respond right away to any questions. They are very friendly and helpful. We hope to return, and will just use Solaga.

Love the location of this comfortable apartment…..near to everything you need and a roomy roof terrace to relax on. Second visit there and would definitely book again…..plus airport transfers booked with Solaga were excellent experience too.

This new apartment is ideally situated in Pedragalejo. The roof terrace is well equipped for relaxing days but you’re just a step away from the beachfront with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
