The house was very nicely presented, comfortable , clean and had everything we needed. We booked the house due to its proximity to the beach and it having an outside space and the roof terrace was perfect. Despite all the bars and restaurants being just one street away it was very quiet at night. Walking into Malaga took an hour along the very pleasant promenade. For a faster journey into Malaga the bus stop was 5 minutes walk away and the buses very frequent and cheap. We had a hire car but parking was a nightmare so would not bother if we visited again. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rebook in the near future.

Alojamiento recién reformado, bonito y con detalles. Tenia nevera en la terraza lo que nos gusto bastante, ademas tenia ducha y sombrilla que es fundamental en esa terraza por el calor que hace en verano. Los que lo gestionan muy bien, muy atentos y con teléfonos de emergencia 24 horas. Esta a 50 metros de la playa.

It’s a gem! Small house with Roof terrace in quaint narrow street just behind beach. Just outside Malaga but walkable and great bus service- we could not have found it in Málaga for same cost. Really good value.

Just one street back from the beach and vibrant restaurants of Pedregalejo. The roof terrace with a fridge was lovely for evening drinks.

A gorgeous apartment - very clean, nicely decorated and with a lovely roof terrace which got the sun all day until the evening. The location was great- only a street away from the beaches, restaurants and bars of pedregalejo, but still quiet and peaceful. Steffen was helpful and accommodating. We’d love to return!

Bella casa ristrutturazione recente molto funzionale siamo state benissimo

Firstly, fantastic location. Literally 20m from the beach. It's set on the next street back from the beach which is nicer as it's quieter. It's mostly local residents around you. All the restaurants and bars are right beside the apartment. There is a large Carrefour supermarket 5mins away and also a smaller shop where you can buy all sorts of things like beach accessories, inflatables etc. The apartment itself is over 3 floors. It's probably slightly smaller than the pictures suggest but it still has plenty of space. The bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are all good, shower was perfect. Smart TV was also good. There are two spiral staircases which is pretty common in these types of apartments. We had a 3 year old with us so we had to keep an extra eye on her but it was all fine. For someone with younger children there are no stairs gates so it might not be recommended. The roof top terrace is lovely, a real sun trap. We only got to use it once because of the weather but with a good spell of sunshine it is a real bonus. Check in and check out was easy, as was all of our communication. We would happily stay here again.

Close to the beach. Lovely roof terrace. Middle of typical Spanish nightlife but still peaceful. Great restaurants close by. Nice stroll into the citytake the bus. Lovely and clean.

깨끗하고 위치가 바다 근처라 식당에 가고 바다를 산책하기 좋습니다. 시설은 깔끔하고 현대적입니다. 호스트가 친절하고 테라스가 쉬기에 좋습니다.

You may find this well designed. compact accommodation slightly on the small size for 4 people. For a short stay it would be OK. The Roof Terrace is spacious and well equipped. You have to be able to manage the spiral staircase to all levels. Our caveat is that our stay was interrupted by having to return to the UK early because of the Coronavirus.. However, the location being an hour's walk from Malaga city provides the best of both city and beach life. For the less energetic there is excellent public transport. There are many local restaurants at a stone's throw and a pleasant promenade should you wish a walk before lunch. The beaches are clean and on the doorstep. The Solaga team are happy to assist and resolve any problems quickly. They were very supportive when we had to return unexpectedly to the UK.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Steffen sehr genossen. Wir waren die ersten Mieter des tipptopp grundsanierten und sehr schön eingerichteten Häuschens in perfekter Lage: Einerseits direkt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand und zu vielen tollen Restaurants und Bars gelegen - andererseits ist Pedregalejo eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft. Die Dachterrase, von der man aus das Meer hören und sehen kann , ist das Herzstück des Hauses, auf der wir viele Stunden verbracht haben.
